Relaxation

Some people, are very good at relaxing. I think of, my brother. No matter how crazy work/city life is, when work ends he can call and say, oh everything's good and just escape for the weekend or even the night. Me, I didn't get those genes, that's for sure.

I can't believe it has only been one week since my exam. How am I supposed to wait 2.5 more? At mass yesterday, our Priest talked about patience, and that the church has been waiting for thousands of years for the return of Jesus which was promised to us. When I put that into prospective, I can do a few weeks.

I do, however, have some plans for my time off. I am, unsure of how long my time off spans. It could span from the end of June, to the end of August (in which case, this to do list will lengthen!) Memorial Day weekend I am going to New York with my Dad. It will be great to see my grandparents, extended family, and hopefully a friend or two in there too. The first weekend in June, I am going to Augusta, GA to visit my best friend Ruthie and her husband Chris. They are new home owners and I cannot wait to share some quality face to face time with them and laugh. I'm also hoping to stop by and visit with my cousin, aunt and uncle who live in Georgia as well.

By the end of that, I should have my score and a little better of an idea of when and where I'll be next!

In my days since the test, I have gotten numerous emails and thoughtful messages from family, friends, and classmates. I have relaxed, I have helped mom, and I even snuck in a night with Jess Stackhouse and Jackie Murphy, and a night in Avon with the infamous Emily Lottes. I am thankful for nights with mom, and wedding shopping days with Mar. Although they tire me out, I can't imagine not being here with her during her crazy days leading up to the big one, especially after I feel like I've missed so much in the past 2 years. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family.
